Want to Schedule an Intake Session?
If you are new to Interwoven Therapy and would like to schedule an Intake Session, we will need to set up an Upheal account. (Upheal is the HIPPA-compliant software we use to schedule, reschedule, and process payments.)

Fill out the Create an Upheal Account form. Once your information has been set up in Upheal, you will get an confirmation link from Upheal.

Once your account is confirmed, you will be able to schedule an Intake Session and be able to communicate with your therapist through a HIPPA-compliant platform.
